The P_rha promoter sequence was inserted into the multiple cloning site of the single copy integration shuttle vector pPL2 [35]. The indicated restriction sites EagI, NotI, SpeI, SmaI, XmaI, PstI, HincII, SalI, and KpnI remain available for downstream insertions.
