MYBS1 and MYBGA Synergistically Activate Promoters of Distinct Hydrolases and Transporters.

Rice aleurones were transfected with reporter containing various promoters fused to Luc and untreated or treated with GA₃ or cotransfected with effectors Ubi:OsMYBS1 and Ubi:OsMYBGA. Transfected aleurones were incubated in the presence of Glc for 24 h, and luciferase activity was assayed. The luciferase activity in aleurones transfected with reporter only and without GA₃ was set to 1×, and other values were normalized relative to this value.
