The green lines represent competition interactions; purple lines represent dependency interactions; orange lines represent redundancy interactions. The blue lines indicate that these interactions were detected by multiple interaction profiles. Note that there is no cooperation interaction presented in this network, because no unique pathway is detected by cooperation profile.
