The haplotype network represents all the unique concatenated mtDNA sequences. Each sequence is represented by a circle with the size proportional to the frequency in all populations and colour-coded to match the sampling locations. Each line represents one mutational change between sequences. Hash marks are used when there is more than one mutational step between sequences.
