Inset C. After stripping the blot was probed with antibody to ArHsp21. Lane 1, brood 1; 2, brood 2; 3, brood 3; 4, brood 4; 5, protein extract from commercially obtained cysts containing p26 and ArHsp21. Proteins reacting with antibodies were visualized by chemiluminescence.
