Thoracic lymph nodes cells (2.5×10⁵) from naïve (N), non sensitized T. gondii infected (T) and infected/sensitized (TO) mice were in vitro cultured during 4-days upon OVA stimulation. Cell supernatants were collected and used to culture thoracic lymph nodes cells (2.5×10⁵) during 5 days upon OVA stimulation. Proliferative responses were determined by ³H-thymidine incorporation.
