In the projection at 200cm with 50cm fixation (a, left), the OD CFL scotoma and OS ONH have shifted enough to overlap and form another binocular volume scotoma. Since that occurs outside the diagram frame, it is shown in inset (a1). CFL-ONH volume scotomas are discussed in more detail in the appendix.
