The view was chosen to emphasize the contact between the N-terminal (dark) and C-terminal (light) α-helices which is formed early in folding. Also identified are the 60s helix, an example of a structural feature formed late in folding, and the haem. Trp 59 is behind the lower right edge of the haem.
