TNFSF15 was expressed as a fusion protein aminoterminally tagged by maltose-binding protein, purified with amylose agarose and cleaved by Factor X. The purified protein (300 ng) was separated onto SDS-PAGE and stained by Coomassie Brilliant Blue (Left). Recombinant TNFSF15 was added to LNCaP and BAEC cells at different concentrations and cell culture continued for 24 and 48 hours, respectively. The effects were evaluated by MTT assays and expressed as ratio of untreated cells cultured in parallel. The curves represent means ± SD (n=6). Statistic analysis was performed using One-way and Two-way ANOVA methods, respectively (P<0.05).
