Percent means ± SD for the CD4 SP (CD4+CD8−) gate within the TCRβ+ compartment were 59 ± 5.5 for cre− (n=14) and 24 ± 11 for cre+ (n=14), with a significant difference (p<0.001). Percent means ± SD for the CD8 SP (CD4−CD8+) gate within the TCRβ+ compartment were 15 ± 2.0 for cre−(n =14) and 0.87 ± 0.84 for cre+ (n=14), with a significant difference (p<0.001).
