Effects of FGF2 on the formation of FRS2α-GAB1-GRB2 complex in oFPAE cells. The cells were treated with 10 ng/ml FGF2 up to 60 min. Total cell lysates were prepared for IP with anti-GAB1 antibody. The immunoprecipitates were subjected to immunoblotting with anti-GAB1, anti-GRB2, and anti-FRS2α antibodies. Experiments were repeated four times using cells from different pregnant ewes, and band intensities were quantified and expressed as mean ± SD.
