Visualization of LMP7 using LKS01-B650 in Panc-1 cells. Cells were pretreated with DMSO or LKS01 (5 μM) for 1.5 hr, followed by incubation of LKS01-B650 (10 μM) for 1.5 hr. LKS01-B650 binding was then visualized via fluorescence microscopy. Pretreatment of LKS01, a parent compound of LKS01-B650, effectively competed away fluorescent signals.
