Acidosis regulates multiple anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 family members. A–C, WEHI7.2 cells were incubated for the times indicated in the presence or absence of 2 mm l-glutamine with or without acidification of the medium. A, immunoblot to show alterations in protein levels at 8–10 h. Similar results were found at all time points tested 8–24 h.
