ATPase activity. Steady-state actin-activated ATPase activity was determined for A, eGFP-FL-XXI expressed in the presence of calmodulin, and B, eGFP-Truncation using an NADH-coupled assay (see “Experimental Procedures”). All experiments were repeated using three different protein purification preps. Rates are mean values ± S.D. (n = 3).
