At least 60 repeats have been identified, of which 45 are unique sequences, giving rise to a minimum domain length of 9800 aa [18]. Serine/Threonine rich region downstream of SEA domain was unspecified [18], O-glycosylation potential of a randomly chosen repeat unit (aa 14,255–14,410) was determined by submission to NetOGlyc 3.1 Server [25] (aa 131–156); (C) Carboxy terminal domain: aa 21,869–22,152 (length: 284 aa) [18] (aa numbering according to UniProt [26]).
