Protein kinase C activity in different regions of cerebral cortex, i.e., frontal, temporal, occipital and parietal cortex from subjects with regressive autism, non-regressed autism and their age-matched controls. The mean absorbance (x103) of samples was divided by the quantity of total protein (μg) used per assay, and the data is represented as relative PKC activity. **p < 0.01 as compared to control and non-regressed autism groups.
