It was revealed that the expression of epithelial-specific markers were enhanced in rASCs treated with RHE medium (cytokeratin 19 and cytokeratin 13) and RHEHK medium (cytokeratin 19, cytokeratin 13, and involucrin) compared with the undifferentiated cells in rASCs group, while the expression of α-SMA was decreased in both RHE-treated and RHEHK-treated group compared with that in the rASCs group.
