The apical localization of Crb in the BCs of the large intestine is unaffected in slit, robo, and robo2 mutants. In addition, the Malpighian tubules (MT) are properly positioned in all mutant backgrounds (arrows). In (B) the second set of MTs are present but out of the plane of focus.
