Note.

Subjective social status was assessed with 2 versions of the MacArthur Scale of Subjective Social Status: the US ladder and the community ladder. At-risk drinking was assessed with the Alcohol Quantity and Frequency Questionnaire. Fruit and vegetable intake was assessed with the NCI Five-A-Day Fruit and Vegetable Questionnaire. Physical activity level was assessed with the International Physical Activity Questionnaire – Short Format.
