LPL activity was measured in epididymal white adipose tissue obtained from CP-, WY-, and WY+CP-treated mice (A) and in 3T3 adipocytes treated for 24 h with 12.5 and 25 μM CP (C). LPL mRNA expression was also measured in 3T3 adipocytes treated for 24 h with 12.5 and 25 μM CP.
