Genome rearrangements observed among three helotialean species. Genome rearrangements detected by Mauve genome alignments for the three helotialean species Phialocephala subalpinaSclerotinia sclerotiorum and Botrytis cinerea. Locally collinear blocks identified by mauve are given in different colours and were compared with the annotated gene features in P. subalpina. The Rps3 forms a free-standing ORF in P. subalpina and was not placed in a group-I intron located in the U11 domain of rnl[26]. The rns gene was used as anchor to linearize the three genomes.
