(A) Cells transfected with siRNA targeting NSD2 or control sequences were harvested for enumeration (top) or Western blot analysis (bottom) at the indicated times. (B) Three days after the transfection, cells were lysed and examined for apoptotic cell death by measuring DNA fragmentation using a cell death detection ELISA kit. O.D., optical density.
