A high-grade insertional partial tear of the biceps tendon at the radial tuberosity was identified (A, B – arrows). A large septate ganglion (C, D – arrowheads) was noted communicating with the bicipitoradial bursa, compressing the posterior interosseous nerve (D – star) at the supinator muscle.
