Radiation dose survival curves of (A) V79, (B) SW1573 and (C) U2OS cells after 4 h of treatment with 0.1% DMSO (▴) or after pre-treament with 100 μM anacardic acid (AA, ■). Adherent cells were treated and irradiation was performed 1 h after the start of AA incubation. The medium was refreshed 3 h after irradiation.
