Concentration of MTs (μm) in HCEsv cells labeled with ^natZn and ⁶⁸Zn

Cells were cultured for 24 h in the absence (control) or presence of (i) ⁶⁸ZnSO₄ (100 μm), (ii) IL1α (100 units/ml), and (iii) a combination of ⁶⁸ZnSO₄ (100 μm) and IL1α (100 units/ml). The concentrations of MTs containing natural (^natZn) and “exogenous” zinc (⁶⁸Zn) were determined by IPD-HLPC-ICP-MS.
