Effect of ActD and CH on the synthesis of MT proteins in cultured HCEsv cells in the presence or absence of ZnSO4

HCEsv cells were exposed for 30 min to either ActD or CH followed of a 24-h treatment with 68ZnSO4. The concentration of MTs (μm) containing natural (natZn) and “exogenous” zinc (68Zn) were determined by IPD-HLPC-ICP-MS.
