Transfer of [³H]GalNAc to GlcNAcβ-p-nitrophenol by β4GalNAc-T3-F

Reactions were carried out for 2 h at 37° C in HEPES buffer, pH 7.5, containing 0.2% Triton X-100, 2 mm ATP, 1 mm GlcNAcβ-pNP, 0.4 mm UDP-GalNAc plus 75,000 dpm UDP-[³H]GalNAc with the concentrations of Mn²⁺ and HEPES indicated. The results shown are representative of multiple experiments performed with different Mn²⁺ and HEPES concentrations.
