Effect of L48Q on the binding of cTnI to $cTnC \frac{C 35 S}{I A N B D}$ . The binding was determined by measuring the changes in IANBD fluorescence emission intensity of $cTnC \frac{C 35 S}{I A N B D}$ titrating with cTnI in A. the absence of Ca²⁺ (p<0.05) and B. the presence of Ca²⁺: (◯) L48Q $cTnC \frac{C 35 S}{I A N B D}$ ; (•) $cTnC \frac{C 35 S}{I A N B D}$ . Excitation was at 490nm and the emission was monitored at 530nm. The error bars represent the standard error of 3–5 experiments.
