Effect of L48Q on the binding of cTnI to cTnCC35SIANBD. The binding was determined by measuring the changes in IANBD fluorescence emission intensity of cTnCC35SIANBD titrating with cTnI in A. the absence of Ca2+ (p<0.05) and B. the presence of Ca2+: (◯) L48Q cTnCC35SIANBD; (•) cTnCC35SIANBD. Excitation was at 490nm and the emission was monitored at 530nm. The error bars represent the standard error of 3–5 experiments.
