Cytotoxicity of 4a and Levamisole on EAC cells as measured by trypan blue assay. EAC cells were cultured (0.75×10⁵ cells/ml) and treated with 1, 5, 10, 20 and 40 µM of 4a or Levamisole. Viability of the cells were determined by trypan blue assay at 48 and 72 h. Standard error was calculated based on three independent experiments.
