The amount of product formed was graphed as a function of time, and the solid line represents the best fit of the data to the burst equation with an amplitude equal to 100 ± 7 nM, a burst rate constant equal to 0.63 ± 0.07 s−1, and a linear rate equal to 2.4 ± 0.6 nM/s.
