Binding affinities (KD) of cMyBP-C protein or peptide binding to Ca2+-CaM determined from tryptophan fluorescence experiments
Unless otherwise stated, a standard buffer containing 25 mm MOPS, 350 mm NaCl, 5 mm CaCl2, 2 mm TCEP, pH 7.0, was used. R2 values describe the goodness of fit of titration data, with R2 of 1 indicating that the experimental values match exactly with the predicted values using a 1:1 model.
