RFP expression in cells stably transfected with either 2LTRZFP-GFP or Aart-GFP. Cells that expressed 2LTRZFP-GFP or Aart-GFP were challenged with pseudotyped RFP lentivirus at 10 MOI. Twenty-nine days after challenge, the cells were stained with DAPI to observe the nuclei, and they were visualized in the same field by confocal microscopy in DAPI, GFP, and RFP channels.
