ABA induction profiles of AtPUB18, AtPUB19, AtPUB22, and AtPUB23 in wild-type and abi1-1 and snrk2 mutant plants. Light-grown, 10-d-old wild-type and mutant seedlings were incubated with or without 100 μm ABA for 2 h. Total RNA was isolated and subjected to qRT-PCR. Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase C subunit was used as a reference gene for normalization. RAB18 was a marker for the ABA-induced gene.
