The Total length is the length of the obtained result, while Genome length (EBI) is the genome’s supposed length according to the EBI database. The values of Identities were calculated by dividing Alignment scores by the corresponding Total lengths. The Expect-value was calculated by EBI’s NCBI BLAST Similarity Search engine.
