Expression of v-Fos and altered morphology in human fibroblasts. Primary hff and telomerase-immortalized hff (Tif) were infected with retroviruses encoding either puromycin resistance (puro) or Myc-tagged v-FosFBJ/R (v-Fos). Colonies of puromycin-resistant cells were pooled and polyclonal populations were analyzed. (A) Expression of v-Fos in the indicated cells was detected by Western blotting for Myc-tagged v-FosFBJ/R with the 9E10 anti-Myc monoclonal antibody.
