Mutants that mimic phosphorylation by Pak2 reduce cellular transformation by Myc. Retroviral vectors were used to express wild-type and mutant alleles of Myc in NIH 3T3 cells. EGFP was coexpressed with Myc by using the pMIG retroviral vector as described in Materials and Methods. (A) Morphological transformation. Photomicroscopy was performed at a magnification of ×200.
