A, Spectra were recorded from cells grown in LL (A), 12 h and 24 h after exposure to HL. The fluorescence emission spectra were recorded at an excitation wavelength of 430 nm at 77 K. All samples correspond to 15 µg of chlorophyll/ml. The spectra were normalized at 685 nm.
