PBMCs were treated with 10 µg/ml pHBsAg and 10 ng/ml of exogenous TNF-α, IL-10 or TNF-α and IL-10 mixed together for 24 hours. The pDCs population was identified by BDCA-2-APC and CD123-FITC staining (A), and the TLR9 expression of pDCs was measured by intracellular staining. The representative MFI shift of the TLR9 expression in pDCs population from one donor was shown (B). And the statistical anslysis of TLR9 expression between different groups was performed using Student’s t test. (C).
