Advanced neoplasia is defined as either one or more advanced adenoma(s) or a CRC.

§ CRC: colorectal cancer.

* Advanced adenoma: Adenomas ≥1.0 cm, with any villous features (i.e. tubulovillous or villous adenoma) or high-grade dysplasia.
