Primary HTS results for inhibition of the P. aeruginosa DDAH isoforms by a 4000-member library of fragment-sized compounds. Primary HTS identified 44 compounds as potential inhibitors. A comparable plot for primary screening of the human DDAH-1 isoform with the same library is found in reference (19). See Experimental Procedures for details.
