ERp57 inhibition reduces platelet fibrinogen binding. Fibrinogen binding to integrin αIIbβ3 in the presence of either pre-immune IgG (37.5 μg mL−1, filled histogram) or anti-ERp57 (37.5 μg mL−1, open histogram was measured by flow cytometry.
