Effect of concomitant use of methotrexate (MTX) and anti-interleukin-6 receptor (IL-6R) antibody on SLC19A1 expression. MTX (10 mg/kg) was administered 3 times a week from the first day of immunization. Rat anti-mouse IL-6R monoclonal antibody (4 mg/mouse) was injected on day 10. SLC19A1 mRNA expression in (A) whole hind limbs, (B) CD4 T cells, and (C) B cells were measured by real-time polymerase chain reaction.
