Reactivity of an anti-rat FRβ mAb with FRβ-expressing cells. (A) Non-transfected B300-19 cells (left) and rat FRβ gene-transfected B300-19 cells. (right) were stained using an anti-rat FRβ (4A67) mAb (black pattern) or isotype-matched irrelevant mAb (white pattern). Stained cells were analyzed using flow cytometry.
