UL94 and UL99 alter each other's localization. HFF cells were transfected with plasmid DNA expressing HAUL94, UL99, or both. Cells were fixed and stained for immunofluorescence analysis at 48 h posttransfection. UL94 was detected with anti-HA antibody (green). UL99 was detected with anti-UL99 antibody (red).
