(A) Mouse tracheal smooth muscle tissues (5 mice per group) were lysed, PIP5K1γ kinase was subjected to IP by anti-PIP5K1γ antibody, and kinase activity was calculated as the transfer of [γ-³²P] to PI4P from [γ-³²P] ATP. Developed blots for all samples in each group are shown. (B) Mouse tracheal smooth muscle tissues were incubated with or without spermine (100 μM) or BE3-3-3 (50 μM) for 24 hours.
