The presence (+) or absence (−) of a rare variant is indicated for persons with DNA samples available for testing. 1. rs10033464 and 2. rs2200733 refer to the genotype for the single nucleotide polymorphisms on chromosome 4q25 that been associated with AF. NA = genotype not available.
