All panels show estimated fast fraction (F) vs the model value (fF) when the model values of T2,S, T2,F, and kFS are constrained to specific values. In all cases, the relationship between F and fF is monotonic and close to linear. The error bars are the CRLB calculated using σSPGR = 1 × 10−3 M0. By panel: a) the results when using model parameter set 1 (Table 1) and constraint sets A–C (Table 2)—in each case, one of the three constrained parameters was constrained to an incorrect value; b) the results of incorrectly constraining T2,S over a range of model values (model parameter set 6 and constraint set A); c) the results of incorrectly constraining T2,F over a range of model values (model parameter set 7 and constraint set A); d) the results of incorrectly constraining kFS over a range of model values (model parameter set 8 and constraint set A).
