Lung natural killer (NK) cells express higher levels of inhibitory receptors and lower levels of activating receptors. Lymphocytes were isolated from bone marrow (BM), spleen and lung in normal C57BL/6 mice. (a) Flow cytometry assay determined the expression of inhibitory receptors (CD94 and NKG2A) on NK cells (CD3 NK1.1+), and the frequencies are shown as mean ± SEM.
