Lung natural killer (NK) cells express lower levels of adhesion/migration-associated molecules. Lymphocytes were isolated from bone marrow (BM), spleen and lung in normal C57BL/6 mice. (a, b) Flow cytometry assay determined the expression of adhesion/migration-associated molecules CD11a, CD18, CD48, CD62L, CD44, CD11c (a), CCR5 and CXCR2 (b) on NK cells (CD3 NK1.1+).
