Schemes for constructing anti-MSLN-conjugated PEGylated liposomes.

Notes: Anti-MSLN mAb was thiolated with Traut’s reagent and incubated with Mal-PEG₂₀₀₀-DSPE micelles to form mAb-conjugated micelles; then they were further incubated with the preformed PEGylated liposomes at 37°C for 3 hours to obtain anti-MSLN-conjugated PEGylated liposomes. The PEGylated immunoliposomes retain the integrity of anti-MSLN mAb and are available for targeting.
